We are in this together

I hope that when I have the courage to show up and tell the truth, it will help you to gain the courage to speak up as well. Together we can make this world more real. I do firmly believe that shame only has power over us as long as we hide it. In order to heal we have to be able to talk about our pain. What happened to us, was never our fault. It is not our shame to carry. It belongs to the people who have hurt us. Let´s put this burden down together so we can move forward and take responsibility for our healing!
